This ring is made from a solid .925 sterling silver band, and has 24kt gold flakes fused to the outside using an ancient korean gilding technique. The ring has then been blackened by oxidation with liver of silver.
The gold patterning will be different on every ring as each piece of gold is cut organically.
Made from .925 Sterling Silver beaded wire that has been hammered to create a coin look, then blackened with liver of sulfur oxidization. This ring is great to wear on it's own, or also pairs well as a stacking ring or accent to our other rings.
(Model is wearing Block Earrings in Blonde Tortoise.)
These earrings are sourced from Italian made and imported acetate. Each is fixed with hypoallergenic, stainless steel posts.
About our jewelry:
The tortoise shell acetate we source is high quality and non-petroleum based, imported from Italy. Cellulose acetate is a natural and renewable material, providing an eco-friendly alternative to petroleum-based material.
Cellulose acetate is made by extracting cellulose fibers from cotton and wood pulp to create a transparent paste. This paste can then be colored, processed, and molded for a variety of industrial applications. For our jewelry, it is cut from a large block into thin sheets, and then cut again into smaller rectangular blocks.
Due to the high quality and natural material of our tortoise shell, each pattern is unique and may vary.
All of our earring posts are made from hypoallergenic stainless steel.
